The Plan Toys Baby Sensory Wooden Blocks set of 6 is made from solid rubberwood - the sustainably sourced material Plan Toys has been using since 1981, from trees that have already completed their latex-producing life. Each block is finished with non-toxic water-based dyes and organic pigments, bound with non-formaldehyde glue, and shaped with smooth, rounded edges designed for babies who mouth, grasp and explore with their hands first.
The six-block set offers shape, colour and sensory variety for early play. As babies become toddlers, stacking, sorting and building with the blocks develops fine motor control, spatial reasoning and colour recognition.

About Plan Toys
Plan Toys is a Thai sustainable toy company that has been making toys from rubberwood since 1981. Every product uses rubberwood from trees that no longer produce latex, non-toxic water-based dyes, organic pigments and non-formaldehyde glue. OEKO-TEX certified and ISO 9001 certified manufacturing.
Rubberwood comes from rubber trees that have finished producing latex after approximately 25-30 years. Instead of being burned or left to rot, Plan Toys uses this timber for toys - which is a genuine form of sustainable production. The wood is dense, hard and takes dye well.
Yes - Plan Toys uses non-toxic water-based dyes and organic pigments that meet OEKO-TEX standards. The blocks are specifically designed for babies who explore through touch and mouthing.
Suitable from 6 months - when babies begin to grasp objects. The smooth rounded edges and safe materials make them appropriate for early baby play. Stacking and building play develops from around 12-18 months.
The set includes a variety of basic geometric shapes (cubes and other forms) in different colours. The specific shapes and colour distribution support shape recognition and colour sorting activities.
