Create a user account at Registered users can login to view order status, get trackable consignment numbers, send us a message, etc. If you did not register for a user account when placing your order, you can still make enquiries about your order by contacting our team.


Delivery tracking

In the past, Australia Post would scan all Registered and Express Post parcels upon receipt. Australia Post is now not scanning Registered and Express Post parcels until they arrive at the nearest sorting centre to your delivery address. This is unfortunate and not satisfactory, but beyond our control. Your order is still trackable, in that you can see when it has been dispatched from our warehouse and when it has almost arrived at the destination, from which point you can contact your local post office to enquire when your delivery will be received.
