BEABA 1st stage spoons are designed from 4 months, for the beginning of solid food introduction with adult assistance. The spoon shape is calibrated for this early stage - a parent holds the long handle and feeds the baby.
What is the transport case for?
The transport case keeps the spoons hygienic when carried in a nappy bag or change bag. Two spoons fit inside the case, and it snaps or clips closed to keep them clean between uses out of the home.
How is this different from the 1st Stage Spoons 4-Pack?
The 2-pack with case includes 2 spoons and a transport case - better for portability and on-the-go feeding. The 4-pack (also available at Peekaboo Baby) has 4 spoons and no transport case - better for home use where having more spoons on hand matters more than portability.
Are these dishwasher safe?
Yes - the silicone spoons and case are dishwasher safe. The food-grade silicone does not stain or retain flavours from previous feeds.
