Returns Policy

Please do not make returns to Peekaboo Baby without a return authorisation.
If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return to us in their new, unopened packaging. We will issue you with store credit :
- We offer 110% store credit (in the amount of your paid price plus 10% extra)
- Items must be returned within 14 days
- Products must be in undamaged condition
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags still attached
- All shipping costs are non-refundable
If you utilized our Checkout+ at original time of checkout, you should use our returns portal to submit your return and receive your prepaid shipping label. If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You should still submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsibile for the purchase of a return shipping label in the portal.
Please note, returns outside of the 14 days (upon receiving the parcel,) there will be a $10 return handling fee.
Exchanges
Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for us to ship you the replacements.
Once your goods arrives and has passed inspection, we will issue you a store credit for the item. The credit can be used to purchase any item in our store.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (excluding freight). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
Returns take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Once received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. We can only refund you the same way you paid.
Damaged & Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged good, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. A return postage label will be issued to you, so you can return the faulty item free of charge. Photographs of the damaged item will be requested in our return portal. - Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 14 days
- Do NOT send damaged items back to us without contacting us first please
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our main shipping couriers are Australia Post and Sendle. If you would require the use of other couriers (TNT, Fastway, DHL or Toll Priority), do contact us prior to placing your order.
Please note that we do not guarantee same day despatch when you choose express post. If it is urgent, we will do our best to try and fulfil it. Please contact us before ordering to confirm if your deadline is possible.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if we have already sent your parcel out.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item may be found on its detail page.
Package Protection
We do our best to ensure your items arrive to you safely but sometimes there are things outside of our control. If you utilized our Checkout+ feature, rest assured that your package is protected! With package protection, in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, we will replace it at no additional charge to you. To start a shipping claim, please click here.
